Yes! We can do fully remote designs when provided with the Google Maps address. Since designs are based on satellite approximation instead of precise measurements, they may be off by a few inches, but usually not enough to be noticeable.
Once a consultation is complete and a price is quoted, we will need the following items to begin the project.
- Signed contract
- 50% deposit
We will need the following:
- Google Maps address of location.
- Measurements of the entire space being designed.
- Measurements of any fixed objects you are hoping to keep (pool, driveway, etc.).
- Pictures from every angle. The more, the better. Video footage is encouraged.
- List of goals for your space (outdoor kitchen, pool, pergola, etc.). The more details, the better.

From the time payment is received to begin the project, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive the finalized design depending on size, amount of revisions, and complexity of the project. Commercial projects can take up to 4 weeks.
